Biography

Jason has been with the company for 20 years and brings crucial experience and knowledge to ARS larger commercial and institutional reconstruction projects. Jason is Gold Seal certified with the Canadian Construction Association. Jason is responsible for the planning, estimating and project management of all commercial, industrial and institutional projects for ARS across Canada.

His daily responsibilities include training, supervising and managing all estimating staff as well as ensuring detailed and up-to-date estimates for all construction work undertaken by the company.

Jason’s also acts as Project Director ensuring the project management team meets or exceed project goals and milestones to generate maximum client satisfaction.

Certifications

Insurance Coverage

ARS carries high levels of insurance coverage for commercial general liability, automobile and pollution coverage as well as bailment coverage for items under our care. ARS is registered and in good standing with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board in the provinces where it operates. A proof of good standing is available upon request.

Background Checks

Prior to being employed with ARS, all workers go though background checks.

Restoration & Mitigation Training and Certification

ARS workers receive training from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in fire and water damage restoration. Each year our workers are retrained and updated with new techniques in the restoration field. Our certified restoration technicians receive additional training to the above-mentioned, including Applied Structural Drying, Odour Control and Mold and Asbestos Abatement.

Site Safety Training and Certification

At ASCO Restoration Services Inc., safety comes first. We continually train our employees on proper workplace safety procedures to ensure their safety and safety of our clients. Our workers abide to strict health and safety policies and procedures set out by ARS and by the authorities in the provinces where we work. Some of the mandatory training that our workers have receive include: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), Working at Heights and Health & Safety Awareness. We regularly train our workers in many other facets of site specific safety procedures such as First Aid, Confined Spaces, Infection Control During Construction - Renovation and Maintenance of Health Care Facilities CAN/CSA-Z317.13-07, etc…
